Stretching from Eu Tong Sen Street where the main centrepiece, a 10m tall snowskin mooncake sculpture with jade rabbits will be placed, to Upper Cross Road (for the very first time!), enjoy these colourful and vibrant lantern sculptures that are set to light up the streets of Singapore. Displayed on the lawn of the Memorial Hall, spot the Moon, Earth, Sun, Saturn and Mercury lanterns that have been made by Taiwan’s Kai 3D Art Studio in collaboration with Sun Yat Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall. The upcoming Wan Qing Mid-Autumn Festival Lantern Installation: Celestial Bodies pays tribute to this with an outdoor installation that will feature spherical lanterns. The moon is usually at its brightest and roundest during the Mid-Autumn Festival 2022 – typically the 15th day of the eighth lunar month.
